Shipping and delivery

We deliver to consumers and businesses in all 27 member states of the European Union. We currently do not deliver outside the EU.

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the size of the shipment (parcel, large parcel or pallet). You see the exact costs in the cart and at checkout before you place your order. Above a certain order value, standard shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany is free; the current amount is shown in the cart.

Products in stock are shipped as soon as possible. Many products are ordered specially for you from our suppliers; the expected delivery time is shown with the product and in the confirmation. Delivery times are indicative. If a delivery is delayed, we inform you right away.

Orders with a delivery address in the Netherlands can be collected free of charge from MBEM Solutions, Frederik van Eedenstraat 1b Unit 2, 7606 BH Almelo. We will let you know when your order is ready; pickup is by appointment.

Check the shipment on delivery and note any visible damage on the consignment note. Report damage, missing products or a shipment that does not arrive as soon as possible via info@mbemsolutions.nl or 06 - 14 37 37 56. We will handle the claim with the carrier.
