Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every offer and every distance contract between MBEM Solutions and the customer. Deviations only apply if we have confirmed them in writing. Business customers’ own terms do not apply.

Our offers are without obligation and apply while stocks last or while the product is available from our suppliers. Consumers see prices including VAT; business customers can choose to see prices excluding VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you place your order. Obvious errors in an offer are not binding.

A quote is valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise in the quote.

The contract is concluded when you complete your order with the button Order with obligation to pay or accept a quote in writing. You immediately receive a confirmation by email. Products that are not in stock are ordered for you from our suppliers; the expected delivery time is shown with the product or in the quote.

You pay with the payment methods offered at checkout, such as iDEAL | Wero, Bancontact, credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Billie (business) or bank transfer. Payments are processed by Mollie. For business customers in another EU country with a valid VAT number, the reverse-charge mechanism may apply.

We deliver to all countries of the European Union. Delivery times are indicative; we deliver within 30 days at the latest unless agreed otherwise. If we cannot, we will inform you and you may cancel the contract free of charge. For consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes on delivery. Pickup in Almelo is possible by appointment.

As a consumer you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Our returns policy explains how. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products sourced or made to your specifications, nor to business customers.

We guarantee that products conform to the contract and to the manufacturer’s specifications. Consumers always keep their statutory rights. Any manufacturer’s warranty applies in addition. Please report a defect to info@mbemsolutions.nl within two months of discovering it.

Towards business customers, our liability is limited to the invoice amount of the order concerned, and liability for indirect damage is excluded except in cases of intent or wilful recklessness. Assembly and installation of products are the customer’s responsibility. We do not limit our statutory liability towards consumers.

Please report complaints to info@mbemsolutions.nl or 06 - 14 37 37 56; we respond within 14 days. These terms are governed by Dutch law. Consumers in another EU country keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their own country. Disputes with business customers are submitted to the competent court in the district of Overijssel (the Netherlands).
